1. Check by E-mail - Customer sends account information by E-mail.
2. Check by Phone - Customer gives verbal authorization to debit checking account by Phone.
3. Check by FAX - Customer sends a check or account information by FAX.

How it works - 5 Easy Steps:

1. You gather checking account information from your Customer.
2. You send info to us by E-mail by 6:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday-Thursday)
3. We prepare paper check drafts payable to you that evening.
4. We send check drafts to you by your choice of mail, UPS or FEDEX the next morning. (Monday-Friday)
5. You endorse and deposit the check drafts in your bank account.

No Start Up Fees:

We charge nothing for setup.

Easy Fee Payment Plan:

When you open an account with us, you set up a Deposit Account ($100.00 Minimum ) As you incur check draft fees, they will be deducted from your Deposit Account. When the Deposit Account balance reaches $25.00 we will email you, and you simply replenish the Deposit Account.

You MUST mail us a $100.00 money order to start your account.

You MUST also send us a clear photo copy of your Driver's License

No Minimum Volume:

You can send us one or a million checks for us to process.

Low Cost Fees:

1. Online = $1.75 per check draft processed when submitted with our online form.
2. Automatic Monthly Bank Drafts = $1.75 per check draft.
   • This service is ONLY for recurring monthly drafts.
   • One time drafts or setup drafts are charged $1.75 per check draft.
   • Call our office to discuss this service to see if you qualify.
3. Endorsed Drafts = $2.00 per check draft. We will print an endorsement on the back of the check draft for easy deposit in your checking account.

Delivery of Check Drafts:

1. Delivery is FREE by 1st class US Mail. (USA Only - All Postage Charges are extra for international delivery)
2. Priority Mail is also available. You pay for the extra postage.
3. UPS or FEDEX - We charge a $5.00 handling fee plus the charges.

Verification:

1. Bank Account Number
2. Account Name
3. Bank Name
4. Availability of Funds

You have to verify the above.

We DO NOT guarantee the check drafts.

We are only printers of check drafts.

Acceptence and Cancellation:

We reserve the right to decide who we do business with.

We may cancel at anytime.
